Tannar Cliffe’s life-long fascination with insects lead him to the tagging of Monarch Butterflies. From that experience he developed this program which follows their life cycle and details the tagging process.  Tannar has presented this program to Audubon Societies, garden clubs, bird clubs etc. and plans on bring live butterflies with him!
